ISSOL  administers programs to provide travel and research support for student and early-career Astrobiology scientists.

Student Travel Grant This program provides financial assistance to U.S. and international young scientists and students who have little or no support from research contracts or grants, and who are presenting an oral/poster presentation as first author at the Origins 2011 meeting. Travel funds will be granted to members of ISSOL to partially cover the transportation costs.
Applications including:
- a short letter of motivation
- a copy of the submitted abstract
- a short CV (age, field of research, present position, Institution/University/Laboratory, address)

David White Research AwardThis award recognizes one or more scientists for outstanding contributions in astrobiology. Nominees must be members of ISSOL at the time of the award. They should be engaged in experimental and/or theoretical studies in Astrobiology. Deadline: Dec 15, 2010
